In concert with it ability to create great retail spaces, FORMDesign designed Shoppes at Quantico, a 30,000 SF shopping center with a Chick-fila on a pad site. Once this center achieved lease-up, it has remained fully leased, with high marks in satisfaction from tenants, customers and the developer.

The EFIS and brick finishes not only achieved the budgetary constraints of the project, but also maintain the look of a highend shopping center that puts Shoppes at Quantico on par with other Class 'A' shopping centers in the area.
